Patient & Caregiver Education
Knowledge that turns fear into confidence

Here’s something nobody tells you at the hospital: most of the care happens after we leave. In your hands. A bag of new medications, a piece of equipment you’ve never seen, a discharge packet full of instructions — and a heart racing with the question: can I really do this?
Yes. You can. And you don’t have to learn alone.
Anova Care’s patient and caregiver education brings a nurse to your home to teach — patiently, clearly, as many times as it takes — until you feel steady. We demonstrate, you practice with us beside you, and we leave simple written guides behind. Because confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you’re taught.

How to start
Education visits are often part of your home health plan, ordered by your physician — we coordinate all of that. Call (888) 929-2050 and tell us what feels overwhelming; we’ll arrange teaching visits built around your needs. We work with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Kaiser, Medicaid, Medicare, Humana, and Devoted. Coverage varies by plan, so call us at (888) 929-2050 and we’ll verify.
