THE BELIEF
Most people think care at home is new. We don’t.
We believe it could have been best practice all along — the future just took a while to arrive. Outside of surgery and true emergencies, nearly everything can happen at home. And home is where it’s best: cleaner, simpler, more affordable, and more human.
WHERE WE’RE GOING
Today, Anova Care provides home care, home health, and hospice across the Denver metro area. But we’re building toward something bigger: every level of care, under one roof.
Palliative care. Hydration, infusion, and vitamin therapy at home. Guidance for families when home is no longer the right setting — walking with them to the right senior living community instead of leaving them to navigate it alone.
And beyond that: wellness and prevention — dietitian support, fall prevention and home safety assessments, nutrition programs and meal delivery. And community — family caregiver training, memory cafés, activity and book clubs, transportation networks. Because care isn’t only what happens in a crisis. It’s everything that keeps people living well at home.
And this isn’t just our belief anymore. The federal government is now putting real weight behind it — backing networks across the country that keep people healthy and independent at home through care coordination, fall prevention, and nutrition. The model we’re building toward is the model the country is moving toward. We intend to be part of that story — starting here, and eventually, everywhere.
What we’re really building is longevity — more good years, lived at home. Not lifespan for its own sake, but healthspan: strength, connection, purpose, independence. Everything on this page serves that one goal.
